What is 'Immortalize transaction fee'?
Immortalize charges providers two types of transaction fees:
When a user makes a non-chargeable booking/purchase, Immortalize will charge providers a transaction fee of SG$5 per completed booking/purchase. If the booking/purchase is cancelled, there will be no Immortalize transaction fee.
When a user makes a chargeable booking/purchase, Immortalize will charge providers 15% of the amount paid as transaction fee. If the booking/purchase is cancelled, there will be no Immortalize transaction fee.
