From a Personal Crisis to a Global Mission
Before Immortalize, our founder Regina Tan was a financial journalist at Bloomberg, trained to cut through complexity and make systems understandable. At 29, she fell gravely ill and was forced to confront her own mortality.
Planning for death should have brought peace of mind. Instead, she found a system riddled with legal jargon, fragmented providers, and confusing processes. Even with few assets, the experience was overwhelming.
If even someone trained to simplify complex systems found it overwhelming, it revealed just how unapproachable the process is for many. That realization became the spark for Immortalize.

From Death to Elderhood
Immortalize began with a simple mission: to make death planning easier so people could live more intentionally. But death planning does not stand alone. Every decision about Wills and legacy quickly raised bigger questions — about retirement, caregiving, and how people wanted to spend the second half of their lives. From death, the journey expanded into elderhood. And with it, a new vision emerged: confronting death turned into reimagining life — making it easier for individuals to plan, advisors to guide, and societies to age well together.”
The Gap: A System Without Infrastructure
As we dug deeper, one truth became undeniable: elderhood planning isn’t broken because people don’t care — it’s broken because the system itself has no backbone.
-
Most people delay planning until a crisis forces them to act.
-
The people best placed to help, such as advisors, often hesitate - worried about compliance, saying the wrong thing, or lacking the right tools.
-
Legal, healthcare, insurance, and financial services remain trapped in silos.
The result is confusion, stress, and missed opportunities at every stage of life. What’s missing is infrastructure — the invisible backbone that connects data, providers, and people into something usable, seamless, and human.

Our Mission & Vision
Mission
To become the infrastructure powering the longevity revolution — making elderhood planning easier, smarter, and scalable for every individual, institution, and society.

Vision
A world where ageing well is built into every system — where governments, wealth managers, insurers, caregivers, and individuals all plug into one coherent, trusted elderhood protocol.
How We Build:
The Infrastructure Layers
Immortalize is designed as infrastructure, not just an app.
Data & Marketplace
Aggregates real-time pricing, providers, and solutions.
Role: Creates the “market map” — a standardized supply layer.
Logic / Orchestration
YEPPA engine: rules, personalization, cost optimization, automation.
Role: Turns raw data into guidance, recommendations, and action.
Integration / APIs
White-labeled modules, workflow connectors, compliance wrappers.
Role: Enables institutions to embed elderhood capabilities seamlessly.
Interface / Frontend
YEPPA app for consumers, advisor dashboards, portals.
Role: The visible layer — a proof point, not the full story.

YEPPA is not the endgame. It is the proof point of what the infrastructure can unlock — showing how connected data, intelligence, and integrations transform elderhood planning from a maze into a seamless journey.
Proof & Progress So Far
Since its founding, Immortalize has:
Built a live marketplace that brings transparency to elderhood services
Launched YEPPA, our digital concierge, as the first proof of our infrastructure
Begun working with financial institutions to explore white-labeled solutions that integrate elderhood planning into their services

These milestones show that what began as a personal struggle is already reshaping how elderhood can be planned at scale.

The Journey Ahead
2 Billion
By 2050, one in three Singaporeans will be seniors, and more than 2 billion people worldwide will be over 60. People are not just living longer — they are living with higher expectations for how they want to age.
The Longevity Friction
Without infrastructure, ageing becomes more stressful. With it, we can make elderhood planning easier, smarter, and more human.
The Seamless Journey
Without infrastructure, ageing becomes more stressful. With it, we can make elderhood planning easier, smarter, and more human.

From her time at Bloomberg explaining complex systems, to facing her own mortality at 29, Regina, together with her team, turned a personal struggle into Immortalize — the backbone for how humanity will age in the century of longevity.
