Immortalize Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Immortalize Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Immortalize Pte. Ltd. ("Immortalize," "we," "our," or "us").
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age.
1.2 You may apply as:

1.2.1 An Agency: a company or organization with affiliated team members.

1.2.2 An Agent: a person working under an agency approved by Immortalize to participate in the Program.

1.2.3 An Independent: a self-representing individual.
1.3 We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate any application or participation at our sole discretion without obligation to disclose reasoning.
2. Referral Tracking
2.1 When a user clicks your affiliate link, they are tagged to your affiliate account.
2.2 This referral tag does not expire, provided that:

2.2.1 You remain an active affiliate in good standing, meaning your account is not suspended or terminated, you have not violated any Program policies, and you continue to comply with all applicable terms; and

2.2.2 The user remains tagged to your account.
Any future purchases by that user will be attributed to you.
2.3 Re-tagging: If the same user later clicks on another affiliate’s link, the new affiliate will overwrite your tag previously associated with the user, thereby reassigning referral credit to the new affiliate. Attribution is based on the most recent referral link clicked.
2.4 To maintain attribution, we recommend regular engagement and promotion using your affiliate links.
2.5 We reserve the right to adjust attribution logic in the future with appropriate notice, which shall mean notification via email and/or a prominent update posted on the affiliate dashboard at least 14 days prior to the effective change.
3. Reward Structure
3.1 Each product or service listed on the Immortalize marketplace has a designated Total Eligible Reward ("TER"). The TER may vary from one product or service to another and is typically either a fixed amount or a percentage of the transaction price. Affiliates earn a percentage of this TER based on their reward tier, known as the Affiliate Reward Rate.
3.2 Affiliate Reward Rates ("ARR") vary by affiliate type and are subject to the tier structure outlined below.
3.3 Tier status is based on your Annual Affiliate Rewards Accumulated—that is, the total amount of confirmed rewards you earn during each calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
3.3.1 Agencies & Agents
For Agencies, the Annual Affiliate Rewards Accumulated includes the confirmed rewards earned directly by the Agency combined with the confirmed rewards earned by all approved agents under the Agency.
When an Agency qualifies for a new tier, all approved agents under that Agency will automatically be upgraded to the same tier for the rest of the current year.
An agent’s tier will always match the tier of the Agency they are approved under, regardless of the agent’s own individual earnings.
3.3.2 Independents
For Independents, the Annual Affiliate Rewards Accumulated includes only the approved rewards earned by the individual affiliate.
3.3.3 Tier Upgrades and Duration
If you qualify for a new tier at any point during the calendar year, you will be upgraded immediately and retain that tier for the remainder of the current year.
Example: If an Agency qualifies for the Gold tier in June 2025, it will enjoy Gold tier benefits for the rest of 2025. All agents under the Agency will also be upgraded to the Gold tier for the same period.
3.3.4 Tier Reset
Regardless of your tier, the Annual Affiliate Rewards Accumulated resets to $0 and your tier resets to Bronze on January 1 each year.

3.5 Affiliate Reward Rates (ARR) and tier thresholds are subject to change at Immortalize's sole discretion. Any material updates will be reflected in these Terms & Conditions and communicated to Affiliates via email and/or through the affiliate dashboard. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions. Continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4. Payouts
4.1 You may request a payout at any time through the Affiliate dashboard, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold.
4.2 A minimum confirmed reward balance of SGD $100 is required to initiate a payout.
4.3 Payouts are made using the payout methods available on your Affiliate dashboard at the time of your request. These options may be updated periodically. All payouts are subject to a waiting period—determined at Immortalize's sole discretion—to account for possible cancellations or refunds.
4.4 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payout details. Immortalize will not be liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.
4.5 You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on your earnings in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable Use & Conduct
5.1 Affiliates must promote Immortalize ethically and in good faith.
5.2 You may not:

5.2.1 Misrepresent yourself or your relationship with Immortalize.

5.2.2 Use misleading or deceptive marketing tactics.

5.2.3 Engage in spam, keyword hijacking, or cookie stuffing.

5.2.4 Create fake accounts or make self-referrals.

5.2.5 Violate any applicable local or international laws.
5.3 Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination from the Program, with forfeiture of pending or unpaid rewards.
6. Branding and Marketing Materials
6.1 You may use Immortalize’s name, logo, and approved content for the sole purpose of affiliate promotion.
6.2 You must not:

6.2.1 Alter official branding without written permission.

6.2.2 Suggest you are employed by or officially representing Immortalize.

6.2.3 Use Immortalize assets in any harmful, offensive, or misleading context.
7. Program Modifications
7.1 Immortalize reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program or its terms at any time.
7.2 Material changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
7.3 Continued participation after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination
8.1 You may exit the Program at any time by deleting your affiliate account through the Affiliate dashboard. No separate notice is required.
8.2 Immortalize reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program under the following circumstances:

8.2.1 Violation of these Terms & Conditions;

8.2.2 Inactivity, defined as no new referrals, no earned rewards, and no login activity on the Affiliate dashboard for a continuous period of twelve (12) months;

8.2.3 Any other reason deemed necessary by Immortalize.
8.3 Upon termination, any unpaid rewards tied to unconfirmed or disqualified referrals will be forfeited.
8.4 If your affiliate account is deleted—whether by your own action or by Immortalize—all users previously tagged to your affiliate link will be untagged.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Immortalize makes no guarantees about affiliate earnings.
9.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
9.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Immortalize from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your affiliate activities.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
