Special Needs Trust Company (SNTC) (特需信托机构)
A non-profit trust company set up to provide trust services for persons with disabilities. SNTC helps develop care plans for the well-being of disabled people such as accomodation and daily living, and assist parents or caregivers to set up a trust account to manage and disburse monies to meed the needs of their disabled children. 3
