Statutory Will

What is a Statutory Will? What is the difference between a normal Will and a Statutory Will?

A Statutory Will is a will made by or on behalf of a person that doesn’t have mental capacity to make a will, and has to be approved by the Court. This contrast with a regular will where mental capacity is a requirement for the will to be valid.
