Property Card Integration
All Expansion Packs are made to be played with the Will of Fortune by Immortalize (WOFI) 2025 - Base Set
Action Cards
These Property Cards are added to WOFI 2025 - Base Set Action deck. They introduce real-life property scenarios that require players to respond strategically.

Elderhood Cards
These Property Cards are added to WOFI 2025 - Base Set Elderhood deck. They represent property-related content or property acquired through the Elderhood marketplace or events, and are subject to acquisition, inheritance, and tax rules.

Property Rules

Property Tax Rules
At the end of every turn, players must pay Property Tax if the Property Card specifically calls for it. If you cannot afford the property tax for any Property, discard that Property Card.
Taxes must be paid before using any end-of-turn Hiring Card effects.

If you didn’t pay and are caught by another player:
-
Pay 1 Action Card per property you own to each player.
 -
If you cannot afford the penalty, discard one Property Card of your choice. After discarding, no further payment is required.

In your 3rd Generation, Property Tax must still be paid before your final turn ends.

FAQ
Q: Do I have to tell the truth about my nationality?
A: Yes. Faking your nationality results in immediate disqualification from the game.
Q: What happens if I didn’t pay Property Tax but no one catches me?
A: You are not penalized. Penalties apply only if another player catches you — and they must do so before the start of your next turn.
Q: What happens with Action Cards that allow me to inherit a property?
A: If you have an Action Card that allows you to inherit a specific property (e.g., HDB or Landed Property), you may choose whether or not to claim the property when it appears in the Elderhood Marketplace. However, at the end of your current generation, i.e., when you reach 100, you must discard all your Action Cards, including the Action Cards that allow you to inherit a property.
